  • Custom or handmade-to-order sets may require additional processing time (typically 7–14 business days).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA: 3–7 business days (standard), 2–3 business days (express)

    • International: 7–14 business days (standard), 3–5 business days (express)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance delays.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Issues

  • Lovevian is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


6. Wrong Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
