1. Orders & Custom Products

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
Custom, bridal, limited edition, or handmade-to-order sets cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before purchase.

2. Product Use & Safety

Our press-on nails are designed for personal use only.
Nail glue contains cyanoacrylate and must be used according to instructions. Improper use may cause irritation or damage.
Lovevian is not responsible for injuries, allergies, or damages caused by misuse.

3. Intellectual Property & Content

All product designs, photos, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Lovevian. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
By submitting photos, reviews, or feedback, you grant Lovevian the right to use such content for marketing purposes.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable sales tax depending on your region.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only; Lovevian is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lovevian’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York.
